After the very successful 7th International RSA Meeting live from Oslo, we are honored to take over from Stephan Röhrl and team to organize the next International RSA Meeting. It is our great pleasure to announce the 8th International RSA Meeting, which will be held in the Netherlands in 2023.
The last days of 2021 have arrived, and we are already busy for months behind the scenes to prepare for the next RSA Meeting. This meeting will be jointly organized by an enthusiastic team from Sint Maartenskliniek, Radboudumc and Leiden University Medical Center, and will be hosted by the Sint Maartenskliniek in Nijmegen. Although restrictions regarding the ongoing COVID pandemic are still effective, we are positive and are expecting to organize a real life, on site Meeting in 2023.
For now, just mark the following days in your calendar:
Abstract submission deadline 1st of December, 2022
Conference 13-14th of April, 2023
Further information about the scientific & social program and registration will be available soon at the conference website.
We look forward to welcoming you in 2023 in the oldest city of the Netherlands!
18th International Symposium on Computer Methods in Biomechanics and Biomedical Engineering
3 – 5 May 2023 in Paris, France
Combining data- and knowledge-driven modelling, from measurements, through insights, to decisions
We look forward to seeing you all in 2023!
We are pleased to announce the 28th Congress of the European Society of Biomechanics that will be held in Maastricht, The Netherlands July 9 -12, 2023. The theme of the conference is “Combining data- and knowledge-driven modeling: from measurements, through insights to decisions” endorsing the importance of the integration of mechanistic experimental and computational biomechanics with upcoming data-driven modeling.
In line with the theme we warmly invite traditional ESB congress visitors as well as new students and professionals active in the interdisciplinary field at the interface of biomechanics, data science, and clinical research.
Along with the oral and poster presentations the conference will host dedicated workshops, exhibitions, and events to learn about and discuss new ideas, developments, and applications and build networks between academic, clinical, and industrial researchers. To achieve this, we will make use of the excellent possibilities provided by the conference venue (MECC) and the beautiful ancient city of Maastricht where this venue is located.
The formal call for abstracts is open now and abstracts then can be submitted through our Conference Tool until January 31, 2023.
Of course you can already start preparing your abstract. The template for abstracts can be downloaded from here.
The call for Perspective talks is now closed.
A Perspectives talk is a ‘mini-keynote’ with focus on a cutting edge, coherent body of research and should give a brief overview of results and unanswered questions, based on your own and your group’s contribution to this field.
